Kepler is a strategic web and mobile studio based at Merab Kostava Str. 14, Tbilisi, Georgia. We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at info@keplerstudio.co.

When you send us a message through the contact form, we receive:

• your e-mail address, first name and last name;
• your message;
• your consent to this policy, and the date and time you sent the form.

Like any website, our hosting provider also records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is used to deliver the site and keep it secure.

We do not ask for, and ask you not to send, sensitive information such as health or financial details.

We use your contact details and message only to reply to you, to discuss a possible project, and to keep a record of our conversation. We process this data on the basis of your consent, which you give when you send the form, and of our legitimate interest in answering enquiries. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.

We use trusted service providers who process data on our behalf and only as we instruct:

• Netlify, Inc., which hosts this website and receives contact form submissions;
• Google (Gmail), our e-mail provider, through which we receive and answer your message.

These providers may process data outside Georgia and the European Union, including in the United States. They protect it with recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. We do not share your data with anyone else unless the law requires us to.

We keep your message and contact details for as long as we need them to respond to you and follow up on your enquiry, and for no longer than two years after our last contact, unless we start working together or the law requires us to keep them longer. Technical logs are kept by our hosting provider for a short period.

This website does not use cookies, analytics or any other tracking technology, and it does not load third-party trackers. Our fonts are served from our own website.

You have the right to:

• ask what personal data we hold about you and receive a copy of it;
• ask us to correct or delete it;
• withdraw your consent or object to our processing at any time;
• ask us to restrict processing, or to transfer your data to you or another organisation.

To use any of these rights, write to us at info@keplerstudio.co. We will reply within one month. If you are not happy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia or, if you live in the European Union, to your local data protection authority.

The website is served only over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and access to submitted messages is limited to the people at Kepler who need it to reply to you.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
